same facing: No. By which I mean, no same face threads; if someone has the same PB, that's cool. I just find "wow you look like so-and-so" threads boring. Sorry!
offensive subjects: I'm not super keen to thread anything involving animal abuse or sexual assault. Other than that, I'm pretty open. Don't worry about it.

hugging: She's gonna be wary of strangers trying to hug her if it's out of the blue, so be prepared for your character to get shoved.
flirting: Yes. All that needs to be said here.
kissing: If it's out of the blue, Cyra's gonna start blasting with her fist. But assuming she has repor with that person, she's probably going to be receptive, yes.
telepathy: There are a lot of souls hanging out with her, but Cyra can feel another one slithering a tentacle in there. She would need to specifically activate one of her abilities to shove them back out.
physical violence: Bring it, but be warned that Cyra fights dirty and to win.
death: Ask.
characters with extrasensory abilities: As stated above, Cyra has a lot of souls hanging out with her own, if your character can sense that kind of thing. She's also only mostly human and has eldritch ancestry.
shipping: Cyra has an extremely stressful job that makes her a globe-trotter, and has mostly led a life of not wanting to be tied down or known by others. She could be a fun casual partner for a character. A serious relationship would take a little convincing, but for the right sincere and caring person, she could be amiable.

first impressions

visual: 5'7", with a petite but muscle-packed frame, tawny ochre skin, dark brown hair cascading to her lower back, and black eyes. She has a handful of small scars all over her body, as well as a large birthmark on her inner left forearm (raised skin that almost looks like a question mark, with a circle in the center). To maintain her "rich, bored girl" persona, Cyra wears the latest in designer styles, the brighter and more flashy the better, and otherwise travels light. In her job, she wears durable, rugged and dark-colored clothing (though often still designer).
aural: A low, soothing voice, at least in theory. She swears up a storm and often pitches it up a little higher when she's in her "civilian" persona, so that people will underestimate her.
olfactory: Nice floral perfume, or (if out in the wilds) leather and weatherproof fabrics.
demeanor: usually has at least a small smile on her face, nodding her head along to any music or otherwise looking like she's having a great time. She's often accompanied by a bird or small creature on her person, which is being possessed by a poltergeist friend of hers.
texting: What is consistency? Sometimes she capitalizes. Most of the time she just goes on pure stream of consciousness. There might even be emojis and smileys if she's in the mood.
